Patient Profile Reports

From the Patient Profile screen, an individual patient report can be generated by clicking the 'Export Report' shortcut under the patient's name.  

Reports can be generated on a comprehensive level (all cases for a patient across the entire timeline) or per wound/lesion site, with options to select which wound/lesion sites and date ranges to export.

Patient List Reports

From the Patient List screen, a summary report of the your patient population can be generated by clicking the 'Export' on the top right.

The report generated will include patients matching any filters you've applied to your Patient List, i.e. selecting a specific Setting or toggling between Active or Archived patients. 

After clicking the 'Export' button, you can select between .CSV/Excel or PDF file format and choose to report by either patients or cases.  

You can manually toggle between patient or cases on Patient List to preview each report.  

Reporting Dashboard

Use this dashboard to access and export a variety of reports in Excel (.csv) format.    

Clicking on the export button will prompt you to select parameters based on the type of report being exported.

Types of Reports

Non-Healing Wounds Report

This downloadable report features additional information on wound progression based each wound's 4-week Percentage Area Reduction.

Each row in the sheet represents an active, individual case (wound site) in your Parable Region. You can scroll horizontally across columns to review the details of each case. Surface area changes are highlighted in the following columns:

 

Column O ("Days Open Since First Assessment") tracks how long a wound has been open since the first baseline assessment (with measurements) and is the basis for the timeframes in columns AG and AH. You can sort (A-Z sort) this column to get started with this report. 

 

Column P ("Assessment Overdue") describes whether or not a follow-up assessment (with measurements) has taken place within 30 days of the baseline assessment for that wound (first assessment with recorded measurements). 'TRUE' indicates an assessment is overdue because there has NOT been an assessment within 30 days of the baseline.

 

Column Q ("Healing") describes whether or not the wound's surface area has reduced by 50% since the baseline assessment. 'TRUE' means that the wound's Surface Area was reduced by 50% or more in a 30-day period: a positive indicator. 'FALSE' means non-healing based on these criteria.

CAPI/HAPI Tracking Report

This report provides a a streamlined overview of all pressure injuries within your Parable Region and Setting, highlighting Stage, Origin (CAPI, HAPI, or Unknown), and other key factors. Each row represents an individual pressure injury, with columns for wound and patient details. 

Mobile Activity Report

Log of Parable mobile app activity for a specified user.

You can search by the user's name or email.

User Activity Summary Report

Summary of user activity over time. Useful for comparing activity between users and organizational facets.

Clinician Utilization Report

Summary of Parable utilization by user including check-in, case, and patient creation counts.

Facet Utilization Report

Summary of Parable utilization by facet including users, assessments, cases, and patients.

Patient Throughput Report

Summary of patient activity by month going back 1 year. This includes how many patients received an assessment, the total active patient count at the end of the month, patients added during the month, and patients archived during the month. For organizations with EHR integrations, the set of patients this report considers only includes patients that have a wound site, not the entire patient census from your EHR.

Check-ins Report

Detailed information for every assessment (check-in) conducted with Parable. Includes information about the patient, the wound site, and assessment details such as measurements and scores.

Patients with no ADT Messages Report

List of patients that have receive no ADT messages. Typically this is an indication of patients that were created in Parable rather than imported from an EHR and either have incorrect MRN / name + DOB or were not included in an initial bulk transfer.
