For non-measurable or hard-to-measure wounds and skin conditions, Parable provides an option to skip measurement requirements.
When adding a new wound in Parable, first tap 'Dermatology' as a category-level selection, then choose the specific skin condition.
The subsequent assessments will not feature any measurement entry or assessment questions. Optional freetext notes can be added on the submit page.
